Totally Aprons!

Hi Ladies so it’s been raining cats, dogs, and snow balls in Northern California! Lol and I’ve been sewing… OMG Me? Sewing? That’s incredible!!! Don’t get me wrong I used to sew when my daughter was little and she requested Princes outfits for Halloween and such. So I would become a brave girl and make her the cutest costumes sometime with an occasional malfunction!

 I’ve never taken a sewing class because of time constraints so everything I know I’ve picked up here and there. Last week Your Paper Pantry hosted a Valentine Day Sweetie Crop where my friend Yolie {Yoliebean} hosted a class on a fabulous apron so I thought I could try it out and here is my result! So dusting my old sewing machine paid off and I think I’m going to take advantage of my time off and create a few more of these aprons. I totally enjoyed make it and I’m impressed at how it turned out. Leave me a comment and tell me what you think? Meanwhile I will try making another one…

Sew perfect find!

Hi ladies I’m feeling a bit under the weather today and decided to go to Joanne Fabrics! Nice medicine for my cold huh? { lol }

While spreading my germs up and down the aisles I came to the remnant bin and found these beauties! I haven’t sewn in year’s ladies… I guess I got inspired by Yolie over at the YPP Sweetie Crop the other day and when I saw these cute fabrics I decided that I would make myself an apron or two! So I’ll make sure to come back and show you what I come up with later. Thanks for stopping by.

BTW all the remnants are 50% off right now...
